Welcome to CandyFlow. These terms govern your use of www.candyflow.shop and every purchase you make on it. Placing an order means you accept these terms. Please read them — they are short and in plain language on purpose.

CandyFlow Private Limited is an Indian online retailer of baking and confectionery supplies: chocolate, ingredients, bakeware, decorating tools, packaging, and kits. 2. Orders and acceptance

• An order is confirmed only after we verify it, typically by phone or WhatsApp. Until then it is an offer to purchase.
• We may decline or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, serviceability of your PIN code, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place the order.

3. Pricing and product information

• We work hard to keep listings accurate, but occasional errors happen. If we discover a material error in the price or description of something you ordered, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel with a full refund.
• For edible products, best-before dates, ingredient lists, and allergen declarations are printed on the pack. Products may be manufactured in facilities that also handle nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy — check the pack if you have allergies.
• Baking results depend on your oven, technique, and weather (yes, really). Our guides are honest help, not a guarantee of outcomes.

5. Returns, replacements, and refunds

6. Acceptable use

• You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape the catalogue at scale, place fraudulent orders, or resell our content as your own.
• Product descriptions, artwork, the CandyFlow name and logo are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be limited by contract.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve complaints directly first — write to us before escalating, and we will respond within 7 working days.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
